Is Quagmire available in VeyroLabs?
Quagmire is not available in VeyroLabs yet. The character conversation generator currently pairs Peter with Stewie, and a Quagmire and Peter pair is on the request list rather than in the product.
We would rather say that plainly than sell you a signup for something that is not there. If you came here for a Quagmire voice, it does not exist on this site today.
What does exist is the same format with a different second character, and Peter is in it either way.
What is live right now
Three character pairs, each with two AI voices and two on-screen images. A video always has two speakers, so characters ship in pairs rather than one at a time.

The closest thing you can make today
If what you wanted was Peter arguing with someone who will not let him get away with it, that is exactly what the Peter and Stewie pair does. Stewie plays the character who pushes back, which is the role a second adult voice would play in a Quagmire script.
The script shape is the same. Two speakers, 12 to 20 short lines, one of them wrong and refusing to admit it, over gameplay footage with the words lighting up as they are said.
When will Quagmire be added?
There is no date. Pairs get built in the order people ask for them, and each one needs a voice and artwork for both characters before it can go live.
